About this Unit
The unit accommodates 6 guests. A living room with a leather sofa (queen bed) and 2 leather lounges. The queen sofa bed has the latest ultra foam mattress. There is a fabulous mirror behind the large sofa that makes the room feel enormous. New matching end tables and matching sofa table have glass tile insets. A large flat screen TV and a Blue Ray Disc player is wall mounted for viewing. The unit comes with wireless internet and cable. The dining room has a lovely glass top stone table with seating for 6. There are two additional stools at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with gorgeous granite counter tops and back splash. The kitchen is illuminated with hanging pendant lamps. The appliances are all stainless steel and include a built in microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Unit is equipped with counter top appliances like a blender, toaster and coffee maker. You can rest assured that you will not run out of clean drinking water as there is a R/O system at the sink with R/O water to the refrigerator and ice maker! No running out of ice! Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has garbage disposal, stainless sink.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy mattress. The bedding is soft sandy colors with matching pillows, tastefully decorated. The room has a small sofa and a matching bed side tables. Opposite the bed is a dresser with a flat screen wall mounted TV and Disc player. Master has a sliding glass doors that open to the patio. The master bathroom has a marble vanity with two sinks and the tub/shower has custom tile work. The 2nd bedroom also has a large king size bed with a matching dark wood suite of furniture. The bedding is colorful flowers that pop with Mexico feel. The room is tastefully accented with paintings The room also has a wall mounted flat screen TV with Disc player. A walk in closet with custom built-in shelves and drawers. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower with custom tile work and a single sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. The patio has been furnished several bistro height tables with 8 comfortable matching chairs. The patio also has 1 lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. The view from this unit is out of this world. This condo also comes with a front load washer, dryer, there are ceiling fans throughout. You will have all the comforts needed to feel right at home. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
