Here you have a magnificent 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom corner penthouse on the 10th floor of the Sonoran Sun Resort. The Sonoran Sun is situated on the beautiful and relaxing Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This penthouse can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably. Because this is a corner unit you will have a wrap around terrace and no disruptions from noisy neighbors because you are on the top! This unit is very large at over 4,000 square feet.

The Sonoran Sun has many amenities like an on-site restaurant, convenience store, Spa, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and so much more. The living room of this unit has been furnished with a plush ivory colored sectional sofa. A beautiful art deco piece of art hangs behind the couch and there are complimenting wood end tables and coffee table. The room is very modern and sleek with its very contemporary furnishings. There is a sliding door entertainment unit in a light wood which holds the TV, DVD player and stereo. There are two sliding glass arcadia doors that open to your private 10th floor corner terrace. The dining room has a rectangular shaped light wood table and matching fabric covered chairs. The dining room is illuminated with natural light from the arcadia doors and also a chandelier that hangs from above. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with light colored granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The kitchen has white on white appliances which include a built in microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator. There are also small counter top appliances like a blender, toaster and coffee maker provided for you. The kitchen has a built in bar which can be used for a quick meal or a waiting spot while the morning coffee brews.

Bedrooms and Baths
The master bedroom has a huge light wood king size canopy bed. The bedding is a rich brown with many accent pillows. Beside the bed are tables with lamps for reading. Across from the bed is an armoire with a TV and DVD player as well as a dresser to store your clothing. The master bedroom also has a seating area with a couch and chairs. There are also two sliding glass doors that take you out to the terrace. The master bathroom has a double sink marble vanity with lots of mirrors and lighting. The shower is a walk in with a glass block enclosure. The bathtub is the best part of the bathroom because there are relaxing jets and it is big enough for two people. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a goose down comforter in white. The room has bedside table, lamps and a dresser with a TV and DVD player. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds with matching goose down comforters and the room has orange walls. There is a bedside table between the beds and a dresser on the opposite side with its own TV and DVD player. The patio has been furnished with a dining table, lounge chairs. This penthouse has it all and leaves very nothing more to be desired. You will also have your own washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
