The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area that opens out to a sizable covered patio complete with plunge pool, BBQ area and a garden path leading you straight down to the waters edge. The beach at Reeds Bay features powdery white sand, a sheltered swimming area and the occasional sea turtle. The master bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed, walk in closet and elegant en suite with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Double French doors open out to the patio.

The second floor is accessed via a stairwell from the patio and features two bedrooms with twin beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. The open plan living area has a comfy sofa and large screen television with all the popular channels and networks. This floor boasts a private patio of its own with a lovely view of the bay beyond.

One floor up the third floor is made up of an impressive double patio overlooking the bay leading to a king sized bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and shower, walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. Guests may also access these units via the main corridor of each floor allowing families to come and go as they please without imposing on the guests below or above.

Undoubtedly the rooftop sundeck and private spa pool offer the best views by far. To complete this perfect setting there is a BBQ nook ideal for whipping up tasty Caribbean dishes for romantic al fresco meals and sun loungers should you want to soak up the rays away from the other visiting snowbirds.
