The spacious open concept main living area features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood floors and a formal living room with a gas fireplace and expansive windows. The cosy family room on this level also features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, and stereo for all your home entertainment needs and access to the patio with a hot tub and fire pit. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, majestic views and a spacious balcony from which you can enjoy a BBQ meal. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 12 comfortably and features a wet bar with wine fridge making it perfect for entertaining friends or enjoying a family meal.
