This resort puts you a quick walk from the soft sands of the beach. When you’re not swimming, hop in the car and head west towards Destin, for diving charters and restaurants. Even closer are the gorgeous greens of Emerald Bay Golf Club. You’ll have your own reserved parking spot, as well!

Back at the resort, work up a sweat with some tennis on the shared courts or unwind in the shared pool and hot tub. Up in the condo, which sits on the second floor from the top, use the free WiFi to share photos of your oceanfront view. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with cable waiting for you when you’re done.

Parking Notes: The Majestic Sun is located on Highway 98 East. There is a small sign identifying the building located right beside Surfside and The Empress. Enter through the guard shack and present a reservation confirmation for access. Parking passes are required. Two passes are allowed per reservation and are left on the kitchen counter. Please leave parking passes on counter when checking out or a $10 fee will be charged to you for each missing parking pass.

Water Access: Directly across highway 98. Simply follow the boardwalk to the designated beach access. Marked with tall metal palm trees on either side. If you come to a gate requiring a code, you’re at the wrong entrance. No passes or codes required.
