The Esmeralda is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts on Sandy Beach. Unit 102 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are ocean views from the 2 master bedrooms.

The living room has been furnished with a plush brown colored suede sectional sofa, with matching coffee table, end table, and entertainment unit. The entertainment center offers a TV and DVD player.
There are two sliding glass doors that take you out to the patio to enjoy the excellent ocean view and the bests sunsets.

The dining room has a round wood table with matching high back chairs set to seat six people.
The kitchen has medium colored wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and matching the granite backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel, and include a built-in microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The kitchen cupboards and drawers are loaded with everything needed to prepare a meal and entertain guests. The kitchen has a built-in breakfast bar lined with two high .

The Master bedroom has a large king size bed with a matching dark wood suite of furniture.
There are a TV and DVD player on top of the dresser opposite the bed. There is a sliding glass door that takes you out to the patio and a master bathroom outfitted for a king.

The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, wood framed mirrors, and a separate travertine shower and elongated bathtub. The bathtub is perfect to relax and soak the day away. Supplies with towels for bath use only, not for pool or beach.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed with a matching suite of furniture as well as a TV and DVD player.
The 2nd bathroom also has a double sink vanity with a separate tub and shower. Also supplied with towels for bath use only.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with a matching furniture set and a TV and DVD player have also been included.

The 3rd bathroom features a single sink vanity with a travertine shower that has a clear glass door.
The patio is a 1st-floor patio which means you are just steps away from the resort pool and beach. The patio has been furnished so that you may enjoy a sunset meal or curl up with your favorite book while soothing your soul with the calming sounds of the waves.

This unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The unit has ceiling fans throughout and all the comforts of home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 102 of the Esmeralda Resort.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
