Inside this wonderful residential complex, perched on the third floor and waiting to greet you with the warmth that the sun provides in this desert, the wooden door of this home gives way to reveal a magnificent marble floor with the color of the sand at the beach that continues through the smooth plaster in the walls. To the left, the kitchen spans guarded by a marble stone island and dark colored fitments of wood that cover the space above and below the top-notch appliances.

Directly in front of the kitchen’s breakfast bar, a magnificent six piece dinner made from solid woods and turned to create sublime swirls in the woods basks in the light that enters through the living room, just a few paces away. A large L shaped couch in sand color surrounds a simple leather ottoman, all facing a large entertainment center holding a large smart TV set with USTVNOW streaming as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime so that you can enjoy afternoons with family and friends. Additionally, in the living room is a single chair fit for a King with its luscious cushions and carved woods in contrasting tones of beige and oak. From the wall appears glass sliding doors that lead the way into the deck, and to the beauties beyond.

Through a door in the hallway, a fully equipped laundry room offers its service.
On the left, through the hall, the guest bedroom opens to reveal two queen beds in wooden headrests that sit basking in the ample room. With glass sliding doors that lead into the deck, the sunlight can be covered by the drapes that hang from an ornate iron rod. The guest bathroom is accessible by the room, where marble countertops cover the sink and marble tiles cover the inside of the shower, carefully decorated by a line of diamond-shaped tiles.
In the master bedroom, a large king size bed with its massive headrest occupies the limelight. Next to it, a large lounge chair in wicker frame and comfortable cushions sits by the glass panes of the sliding door. Facing the bed, an entertainment center wired with Amazon Prime and a TV set offers the opportunity for a relaxing time. By the door, twin sized bunk beds fit snugly between two walls. In the private bathroom, a large mirror glass reflects the sliding doors of the closet, covered by mirrors as well; creating a loop that enhances the space in the room. Past an arch in the wall guarded by a wooden door, the bath area appears, with its tub on the left and shower on the right, both surrounded by marble tiles the color of the hills around the desert.

A security box has been installed in the closet, for your convenience.
Meanwhile, in the deck, two living rooms, one outside each bedroom, have been set up in colorful cushions and wicker fitments that face the ocean and the green areas of the complex. By the living room’s entrance, an outer dinner with four seats basks in the sunlight and gazes at the moon over the sea.
