At the Princesa de Peñasco you will have many wonderful and relaxing amenities like a beachfront swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi and palm tree-shaded lounge chairs. You can walk down to the ocean or take a dive in one of the three swimming pools. If you walk through the courtyard you have the option of a picnic on the grass under a palm tree or take a picture with all the exotic flowers. You will never miss a work out because the resort has an oceanfront fitness center with a sand volleyball court across the way. After a long day at the beach, you could grill up some shrimp and socialize with your neighbors or head over to Agave for some football and beers. This is a very safe resort with 24-hour security on the property.

This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 2nd floor of the E Tower. This condo is oceanfront with accommodations for 4 guests. In the living area, you have a beautiful orange colored sofa with a complimenting nautical printed armchair, glass top coffee table and several green silk plants in each corner. There is a metal-framed wall mounted mirror above the sofa that makes the room feel even bigger than it really is. Across from the sofa, there is a large entertainment unit furnished with a large TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Two art prints adorn the wall above the media unit and a tall floor vase with dry reeds to its side. The condo comes with high-speed wireless internet so that you can stay in close contact with friends and loved ones back in the states. You can get to the terrace through the doors on the other side of the sofa. In the dining room, there is a round glass top table with a colorful table runner and four blue cushioned chairs. A chandelier is hung above the table to light the area and the wall is adorned with a beautiful modern contemporary art painting. The other side of the dining room has a double door china hutch loaded with serving pieces and décor.

The kitchen is painted a dark tan and it has ceramic tiled countertops with black and white appliances. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked so that you can cook and entertain with ease. There is a countertop breakfast bar lined with three iron bar stools.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with an arched wood headboard and palm tree embroidered bedding. Each side of the bed has a pale bed table with a white ceramic lamp. The wall above the bed is adorned with pastel art prints and there is a dresser on the other side with a wall-mounted plasma TV above it. The room has a bay window with a small white double door closet on each side. Below the window, there is a lower storage cabinet perfect for storing luggage and knick-knacks. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink vanity, tub, shower, and commode. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-size black iron framed bed with a white bedspread and blue pillows. The room has a set of bamboo nightstands with white ceramic lamps and a dresser. There is a TV on the dresser and a mirror mounted on the wall behind it. The room includes a view window and a large double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom is painted white with a single sink mirrored vanity and a walk-in shower with a commode. The terrace has blue tiled trim with a round table and royal blue cushioned chairs. You could dine outside and gaze at the beautiful sunsets or just enjoy a chilled glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the tide.

The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This is paradise at its finest. You will be very pleased with this condo.
