This is the Princessa de Penasco where you can have a lazy day swimming in the pool or laying under palm tree umbrellas on the beach. If you are one of those motivated fitness fanatics maybe you will find yourself in the ocean view fitness center or on the sand volleyball court spiking some balls. The possibilities are endless when it comes to all the amenities this resort paradise offers. In addition to the already mentioned amenities, you also have access to the Jacuzzi spa, an on-site restaurant called Agave and many grassy green nulls where you may enjoy a picnic. You will always feel very safe at the Princessa because they have 24-hour security always patrolling the property. This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 4th floor of the D Tower.

This condo has a very pretty ocean view and accommodations for 6 people; 2 on the sofa sleeper and two in each bedroom. In the living area, you have a shiny brown leather sofa with gold grommet trim and a matching armchair with ottoman. The room also includes a wood coffee table decorated with a doily runner and a media unit with a TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. You don’t ever need to be out of reach from the people you love and care about because this condo comes with wireless internet so you can send emails, ims, and Facebook updates. The condo also comes with a Vonage phone line and cable television.

You can get to the terrace through the sliding glass doors off the living room. In the dining room, you have a beautiful glass top table set to seat four people on white wicker backed chairs. The area is lighted by a decorative chandelier that hangs from the ceiling. Behind the dining table, there is a metal-framed wall mounted mirror with a console table below. In the kitchen, you have black appliances with white cabinets and ceramic tiled countertops.

The kitchen is loaded with everything needed for cooking and serving. You also have the option of dining at the countertop bar with bar stools.

In the master bedroom, there is a queen-size bed with a tan quilted bedding set. The room has a lighted bedside table, dresser with a TV and a small closet on each side of the ocean view window that has a decorated window sill. You may choose to store your shoes and suitcase in the lower double door cabinet. The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom with an arched entry, lighted single sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a set of lighted bedside tables and a dresser. The room has a large double door closet with full-length mirrors and a window that looks out to the entrance of the condo. In the hall bathroom, there is a walk-in shower with a curtain and a single sink vanity with a commode. The terrace has spectacular views of the ocean and the Princessa courtyard.

You can enjoy a delicious meal while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez, or maybe curl up with a good book and a glass of wine and feel the warm ocean breeze move through your hair. The condo comes complete with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans. You will not be disappointed with the luxury and accommodations of this condo.
