Welcome to the Princesa de Peñasco beach front resort. This resort has a unique design that allows all the units to have a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. There are five buildings in the shape of an arc surrounding a red brick and green grassy courtyard with flower lined paths and many palm tree shades areas. The resort offers amazing amenities like 3 swimming pools, a heated Jacuzzi spa and lounge chairs beneath palm tree covered shade umbrellas. The resort has something for everyone whether you like to work out, play volleyball or collect sea shells on the beach. The resort offers a simple check in process at the Sea Side office in the back of the C Tower and a restaurant with great food called Agave. The resort is very safe with security guards always patrolling the property.

This 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms is located on tower D on the 3rd floor. This condo has a magnificent ocean view and has accommodations for 6 guests; 2 can sleep on the sofa pullout bed in the living area and 2 can sleep in each bedroom.

In the living area there is a brown sectional sofa nada matching love seat. The room also has a glass top coffee table and matching glass top end tables. There is a huge sand painting mounted on the wall behind the sofa and a media center across the way. The media center has a large TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. You can stay close with your friends and family because the condo has high speed wireless internet so you can send updates and emails. The condo also comes with cable television so you can watch the news or your favorite TV shows. You can get to the terrace through the sliding glass doors in the living room. In the dining room there is a white trimmed chandelier hanging above a round glass top table with four gray cushioned seats. The room has a gold framed wall mounted mirror, decorative plants and a console table. The kitchen is updated with gray granite counter tops, bright white cabinets and black appliances. You can put together quite a feast in this kitchen as long as you bring the food and beverages.

The kitchen also has a built in granite bar with three high back wood bar stools.

The master bedroom has a queen size maple bed with a scrolled metal head board and gray floral bedding. The room has a set of lighted bed stands and a dresser with a wall mounted mirror above it. The dresser is also furnished with a small TV. You can hang your clothing in each of the closets surrounding the window. There is a smaller cabinet below the window that works to store suitcases or shoes. The attached bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink mirrored vanity and a shower / tub combo with a commode.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a black metal frame and silky white bedding. The room has two birch colored bed tables and a dresser with a TV. The room has a window that faces the condo entrance and a large double door closet with full length mirrors. The hall bathroom is equipped with a single sink mirrored vanity and a walk in shower with a curtain enclosure.

The terrace is furnished with a round glass top table, four chairs and a Corona ice chest. You could have quite the little happy hour get together here . You could have a sunset meal or enjoy your morning coffee and wake up breathing in the salty ocean sir. This condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans. You will be very pleased with the level of comfort offered in this condo.
