Princesa de Peñasco welcomes you to our beautiful resort with plenty of green areas and gardens to contrast with the amazing blue waters of the Sea Of Cortez. Swim in one of our 3 pools, have a day out with the family at one of our BBQ areas, play volleyball in our beach volleyball court or rest in our amazing oceanfront palapas and rest areas. Forget the stress, rest easy, knowing that we have 24-hour security. You will not have to leave the resort since we have our own restaurant with delicious food and in case you forgot to get the basics for the beach, we have a convenience store next to our front desk.

Unit D 304, is a really nice condominium for your vacations. It is a 1-bedroom unit; it has a king size bed which is very comfortable and big. Next is the bathroom. It has 2 entries; one from the bedroom and the other one from the hallway. The bathroom has a good size bathtub to take a bath and relax for a moment. When you step out of the bathroom from the hallway door you can find the bathroom vanity, which has a big mirror, and also a hairdryer. Next, it is the kitchen; which has the basic thing as a stove and a sink. The kitchen counter is really spacey, and it has 3 high chairs where you can sit and have breakfast. There is also a blender, toaster, microwave and a coffee maker for the coffee lovers. You can also find kitchen utensils, such as pans, skillets, etc. Next, to the kitchen, you can find the washing machine and the dryer that you can use for your comfort. In front of the kitchen is the living room with 2 sofas, a little coffee table, a TV, VCR, DVD and a music player for you to listen to your favorite tunes while you cook, or even better; go to the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view it has of the ocean and the resort, while you enjoy a drink or a coffee.

Amazing views of greens and blues, salty ocean air kissing your skin, unbelievable colors of the sunset and all the sea life that the Sea Of Cortez brings you.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
