The Princessa de Penasco is a beautiful beachfront resort in Rocky Point. This resort offers a beautiful courtyard with red brick paved paths that lead to each of the condo towers. There is a view from just about anywhere you look. The resort has 3 swimming pools, a heated Jacuzzi spa, and many palm tree shade umbrellas with lounge chairs on the beach. If you are one for working out you will really appreciate the fitness center in the middle of the courtyard and also the sand volleyball court across the way. The resort has a Sea Side office where you can pick up your keys. If you are too tired to cook you can always eat at Collin’s on-site restaurant and bar with great daily food and drink specials. You are very safe at the resort because they have security continuously patrolling and putting your safety first. The condo also includes daily maid service.

This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo are located on the 2nd floor of the D Tower. The condo has a magnificent ocean view with accommodations for 2 guests which would make this a great romantic getaway. In the living area there is an avocado green sofa and matching armchair with palm tree embroidered pillows. The room has a lovely wood-framed art piece above the sofa and a media unit equipped with a TV and VCR. The condo comes with high-speed wireless internet so you can send your friends and family pictures or even browse Facebook. You can get to the terrace through the living room doors.

There is no formal dining area but you can casually dine at the built-in breakfast bar off the kitchen which is equipped with three high back white bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with black appliances, white ceramic tiled countertops, and white cupboards. The cupboards and drawers are filled with everything your kitchen at home has. The only things you need to provide are the food and cocktails.

The master bedroom has a queen size wicker framed bed with a high headboard and pastel printed bedding. The room has two white bedside tables both with lamps for late-night reading. The room has a window with an ocean view and a large closet where you can hang your clothing. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or the bedroom. The master bathroom has a large vanity space with a single sink, tub, shower, and commode. The terrace is furnished so that you can have a romantic sunset or candlelit dinner. Have a glass of wine and try to count the stars or just kick back with a little music and lose yourselves in the sounds of the waves crashing. You could have your morning coffee outside and wake up breathing in that fresh ocean air.
