he Princessa de Penasco is made up of five towers in the shape on an enclave to maximize all of the beautiful ocean views. The resort has a beautiful flower-lined red brick path that leads from each of the towers to the resort courtyard. In the courtyard, you will find many green grass palm tree-covered areas and a fitness center and volleyball court in the center. The resort has 3 separate pools, a heated Jacuzzi with whirlpool jets and a row of beachfront lounge chairs that sit beneath palm frond covered umbrellas. The resort has a check-in office in the property as well as Colin’s cantina where you can watch the football game and drink a wonderful Mexican beer. The resort is very safe because there are 24-hour on-site security and daily maid service.

This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 2nd floor of the D Tower. This condo has an ocean view and can accommodate 6 guests; 2 guests in each bedroom and 2 of your guests can crash out on the fold away sofa bed in the family room. The family room has a large brown sofa with southwest patterned pillows. Above the sofa, there is a scalloped edge wood framed mirror mounted on the wall and a metal art design on the wall across from the sofa. The room includes a birch coffee table, two lighted birch wood end tables and a low profile media stand. The media stand has a TV, VCR and DVD player. The stand also has a radio and CD player. You can watch TV on the cable television and surf the net with the wireless internet. You can get to the terrace through the glass doors in the family room. The dining area has a rectangular-shaped oak wood table with 6 white cushioned chairs. The room also has a shelving unit decorated with ceramic figures. The opposite wall has a seascape painting and a matching console table decorated with more figurines.

The kitchen has ceramic tiled countertops with a built-in bar and bar stools. The kitchen has white cabinets with black appliances. You can put together and serve a pretty fancy meal because the kitchen has everything you would need to put it together. You just need to bring food and drinks.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a huge carved maple wood headboard and a rainbow geometric printed bedspread. The room has two lighted bedside tables and a dresser with a small TV. You can hang your clothing in either of the small closets on each side of the window. The room also has a lower storage cabinet which is an awesome fit for suitcases and shoes. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with a walk-in shower/tub and commode.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a carved headboard and diamond-patterned bedding. The room has two lighted nightstands with a dresser and TV. The room has a large double door closet with full-length mirrors and a window that peaks out to the entrance of the condo. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a curtain enclosure and a single sink mirrored vanity. The terrace has an oval-shaped glass top table, chairs and a set of chaise loungers.

You could relax with a book and a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the surf or get the family out for a sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will just love staying in this condo.
