The Princessa de Penasco is a beautiful beach side resort located on Sandy Beach. The resort is made up of many lush green grassy areas, red brick paved paths to each condo tower, exotic flower beds, and an abundance of palm trees. The resort includes amenities like beach front swimming pools, heated and jetted Jacuzzi, and beach lounge chairs beneath palm tree umbrellas. The resort is very comfortable and also has a fitness center with a view of the ocean and a sand volleyball court. You can have happy hour or a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, Colin’s Cantina. The resort has 24 hour on-site security and daily maid service. You can check in on-site at the Casago office on the ground floor of the C Tower. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor of the C Tower.

The condo has an ocean view and can accommodate 4 guests; 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa sleeper in the family room. In the living room you will find a brown leather sofa sleeper and a 2 brown leather rocker/reclners. The room has a distressed wood coffee table with one small lighted end table and a series of media center and book shelve pieces. The media unit has a large TV / VCR and a CD player. The shelving units are filled with books, movies and several decorative statues. The wall behind the sofa has a wall mounted metal fish design. The kitchen has a brown ceramic tiled counter with black appliances. The white cabinets hold dishes, glasses cook ware and more. The kitchen has a built-in bar lined with four black leather bar stools.

The kitchen has small counter top appliances like a toaster, coffee maker and blender. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a metal lopped frame and colorful printed bedding. Each side of the bed has its own distressed wood night stand with a small reading lamp and a matching dresser on the other wall. The room has a window with a view of the courtyard and a large double door closet with top to bottom full length mirrors. The bathroom has a large marble vanity with lighting and large make-up mirror. The wall behind the vanity is decorated with metal painted fish designs. The private bathroom has a sink, tub and commode.

The patio is on the first floor which means you are just a short distance from the grass, beach and swimming pools. The patio has a round cement table with with 3 benches all with a beautiful tile top. There also 2 lounges for use on the patio and 2 bench chairs. You can have a meal outside while you watch the sunset or just kick back with a cold one and enjoy having the warm ocean air against your skin. In the evenings you can gaze at the sky and try to count the many stars. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with all the comfort and luxury in this unit.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
