A gorgeous 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms unit within tower B at Casa Blanca Villas and Golf Resort. This unit is provided with a wireless internet (ask for the password at your check in with the front desk clerk) and Satellite TV service on living room and master bedroom.

Come and enjoy our beautiful getaway condominium. Right in front of the pool, with just a short walk to the beach. Offers a beautiful view of the mini golf course and Sea of Cortez. A walking trail all around the pools, lakes and grounds of this resort for those who love of exercise or simple walk.

The kitchen fully equipped with all necessary to prepare breakfast, lunch or any supper, with a counter tops of black granite, all appliances need it as a large double vertical doors refrigerator, dishwasher machine, coffee maker, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, bowls, silverware, cups, glasses, etc. all you need to bring is the food. A large wooden cabinets on top of the kitchen walls and also under the kitchen sink with many drawers spacious to put all your groceries.

3 high back wood barstools are behind the kitchen counter bar, for these who like to take a breakfast next to the coffee maker.

The dining area with a wood Mexican style table seats for six people.
The living room is equipped with a red sofa sleeper for 2 extra children, a large framed picture behind the sofa, also a love seat for a couple can seat and watch the TV. A lamp on the night stand is between the sofa and love seat this is perfect to have it on for a good book reading. A TV with satellite service is provided and a DVR so you do not miss your favorite programs while relaxing on the beach.

The master bedroom with a King Size wood base and headboard with a nice bedspread on it, and 2 Mexican wood night stands with a lamp each side of the bed, also a love seat on the opposite side. TV with satellite also in this bedroom.

The master bathroom inside the master bedroom keeps your privacy, with a double vanity sink with granite tops, supplied with bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats; these are only for bath use, not for beach or pool. Shower with glass bricks and tile decoration.

The guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a night stand with a lamp in between of beds, TV and DVD player, and a dresser with large mirror. This bedroom has a window facing to the desert side.

The guest bathroom on hallway to share with guest bedroom and living room visitors, with a shower and towels provided.

2 pools on grounds, one is on the ocean side and also charcoal grills by the pool.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
