Casa Costiera winds around a large central courtyard and garden, spiraling up to a viewing tower at the top. The home is a great balance of interior into exterior space. The courtyard boasts an exquisite fountain with a small dipping pool, a grand built-in BBQ with sink and granite counters, an expansive outdoor shower, and double rear gates for access to the beach and community plaza next door. Two-second level terraces are large and inviting for entertaining under fabric shades or sunbathing while taking in the views. The master bedroom has an intimate deck all it’s own, and the upper most point of Casa Costiera sports a shaded tower for views of the mountains, and the sea beyond.

The open living area has rich, earth-toney wood, leather, granite and imported tiles. Classic light fixtures, matching ceiling fans, and louvered wooden shutters or shades are found throughout the home. The off set living room is comfortable with a complete entertainment center and a DVD library.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen with stainless GE appliances, a large useable island for food prep or gatherings, iron and leather bar stools and it opens directly to the outdoor kitchen and courtyard. Past the classic wooden trestle table that seats 6 is a ‘convertible’ room with its own granite, double vanity bathroom en-suite, a comfortable Queen Murphy bed for sleep and a drop down desk for day work.

A ½ bath for guests completes the main floor and makes this an ideal entertaining area.

The second floor master suite has a matching King bed ensemble, a walk-in closet, flat screen TV and the intimate private balcony. The connecting master bathroom features granite topped double sink vanity and walk-in shower.

This Las Brisas style Loreto home comes with a 3rd detached bedroom in a private, fully equipped casita with kitchenette on site. There are 2 Single / Twin Beds or king bed, it’s own Smart TV, table & chairs for dining and a warm, ‘beachy’ decor. The Casita also features granite counters and a walk-in shower.

In addition to Wi-Fi throughout, the house has 3 TVs with Netflix, a water filtration system, a VOIP phone for either local or US / Canada calls and 2 bikes and 2 kayaks for guests’ usage.
