This lovely condominium of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, pool view in Casa Blanca Condominiums at Sandy Beach Resorts, with just 300 meter distance from the beach, offer a beautiful view and a mini golf course with 18 holes for guests to use.

There are 2 pool areas available, one in front of the building and one in front of the beach. BBQ charcoal grills available on grounds. Also a walking trail is all around the grounds for those people who love of exercise.

This 3 Bedrooms unit is within Building A on Second Floor, right off the coastal way resorts road.
The Kitchen is full equipped with all necessary for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, water dispenser (bottle water included), dish washer machine (detergent tab included), ceiling fan on top of the center of the kitchen and some ornaments on top of the large kitchen cabinets. A full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware sets serves up to 6 people.
The dining area with a wood table and six chairs next to the kitchen area, a large and small palm trees as a touch of beach within the dining area. A hanging lamp right above of the dining table and a beautiful oil paint art on wall.
The large walking entry hallway is wall painted with a beautiful hand paint that reflects an old town.
The living room with a sofa bed which permit sleep 2 children very comfortable and a flat screen TV (on living room and master bedroom) and DVD player. A dark color wood round coffee table on center, ceiling fan for these warm days, oil art paint on wall and a sliding door with shades which take you out of the balcony facing to the pool and grounds.
The master bedroom with a King Size bed, oil work art pain above the headboard, stand lamp on one of the bed side, the opposite side of the bed with a 3 drawers furniture for your clothes. At the opposite side of the bedroom is an small area with a shite sofa and cushions next to the window facing to the pool. A wood screen is between the bed and this little rest area.
The master private bathroom inside the master bedroom with a double vanity sink for him and for her, with a bath tub and toilet. Includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat.
The first Guest bedroom with a queen size bed with a beautiful red decoration, 2 lamps with red shade on top of two night stands, bedspread and cushions, and flat screen tv with dvd player.
The Second Guest Bedroom with 2 Twin size beds, gorgeous decorated with blue color, night stand with a lamp between both beds and window facing to the desert.
The guest bathroom is on hallway to share with guest bedrooms and living room area.
All the bedrooms with private closets and private areas.
The Laundry room is provided with washer and dryer.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).

Facilities
