This is a lovely ground floor three Bedrooms and two Bathrooms condominium at Casa Blanca Golf Villas, a Sandy Beach Resorts property, just 400 meters from the ocean, offers a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach.
There is a professional 18 hole putting course for guests to use (Putters provided). There are 2 pools on the grounds and one pool next to the beach (heated pool is located just a few steps off the patio of our unit.)
This unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor facing to the pool.

The master bedroom with a Queen Size bed, 2 wooden night stands on each side of the wood headboard, with 2 night lamps for those night you wish to read. A wood credenza, with a wall mounted Smart TV ( WiFi, NO cable service or satellite provided), also a ceiling fan to keep the room comfortable, on the opposite side of the bedroom is an small area with a comfortable chair, a glass top coffee table with a flower ornament. This master bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace. The closet with two large mirror sliding door is equipped with clothes hangers and shelf for your luggage. The private bathroom inside the master bedroom with a double vanity sinks with a large mirror, with hand towel and wash clothes. Toilet and shower to keep privacy of this bedroom.

The middle bedroom with a Queen Size bed, night stands, lamps. Wall mounted Smart TV, mirrored closet doors with hangers and shelf for your luggage.

The front bedroom with a Queen size bed, wall mounted TV and DVD player, a night stands with lamps on each side of the bed.

The guest full bathroom is on the hallway to share between living room and the two guest bedrooms, with a toilet, shower and single vanity sink. Supplied with white towels, hand towels and wash clothes.

The living room with a futon (fold out), for children, a second reclining sofa on the opposite side of the living room and a wood coffee table

This condo has WiFi, a 50″ flat screen TV and Blu Ray player w/ wifi w/ so you can use your Netflix or Amazon prime accounts, (NO cable, NO Satelitte, NO local stations), bring your Roku, Fire Stick, Sling, Apple TV devices ) and a large sliding door leads you to the terrace, a few steps from the main pool and gas grills on grounds. A second pool is located right in front of the beach.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, appliances, cooking utensils and dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee mugs and all necessary to make breakfast and meals during your stay. All you need to bring is the food, spices, and kitchen / dish towels.

A reserved covered parking space at front door to unit.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
