This is an amazing 3 bedrooms 4-bathroom penthouse located on the 6th floor of the Paraiso del Mar Resort. Paraiso del Mar is located in a small peninsula at La Paz Mexico. The Resort has many amenities as 18 holes’ golf course, tennis and volley ball court, 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, restaurant and swim up bar. The waves are rather calm here and the tide pool are like a treasure chest. This Resort has it all and will leave you very satisfied with your stay here. This unit can occupy 8 guests very comfortably.
The living room has a light gray L shape sofa, a side chair, coffee table and lamps. There is also a nice rug that matches the furniture under the coffee table that really brightens up the room. The entertainment unit opposite the couch has a TV and stereo system. The unit also comes with wireless internet. There are two sliding glass door off the living room that open to your own private 6th floor penthouse patio. Next to the entertainment system you will find a small desk perfect for those who has to work during the trip. The dining room has a light wood colored table with 8 yellow and gray chairs. Next to the dining table are two large mirrors that gives this place a larger and spacious look. The kitchen ahs dark wood cabinets with complimenting light colored granite counter tops. The appliances are all in black steel and include a built in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove. There are also many small counter top appliances like a toaster, coffee maker and blender. You will find about everything needed for cooking and entertaining within the pantry, cabinets and drawers. The kitchen also has a built in bar with bar stools beneath. The bar is a great place to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew or for a quick midday meal. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with a wood frame and a white bedding set. The room has one bed side table, dresser and a TV. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of marble surrounds. The master bathroom also has a bathtub and walk in shower and there is plenty of fresh towels nearby. The 2 bedroom has a king size bed with white bedding. The third bedroom has two twins. All bedrooms have a TV and Internet service.
You wont believe the three patios of this house, best view you can imagine. The unit also comes with washer and dryer.
