A beautiful beach side retreat located on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. The Princesa has everything you could ever want in a resort. The courtyard is full of paths of red brick trimmed in gorgeous vibrantly colored flowers. The courtyard has several patches of bright green grass where you can play, or lay down and have a picnic.

The resort has 3 magnificent swimming pools, a Jacuzzi with jets, and many palm tree covered sun shades. After eating a big meal at Colin’s Cantina, you may want to hit the fitness center in the middle of the courtyard so you can burn off some of those calories. The resort has a Casago office in the rear of the resort where you will check in and check out. There is 24 hour security so that you and your loved ones are always in good hands. You will be so pleased with the Princessa amenities.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the C Tower. This condo has an ocean view and it can accommodate 4 guests; 2 can sleep in each of the bedrooms.
In the living room you will see that the walls have been accent painted in a rust brown color and furnished with two sofas. The room has a lovely media center, coffee table and end tables. The media cabinet has a TV, CD player, VCR and DVD player. You can also find several movies and books in the cabinets. You won’t lose contact with friends and family because you have wireless internet in the condo so you can keep them posted of your adventures. The condo also comes with cable so you can stay on top of world news.

You can get to the terrace through the living room glass doors. The dining room is furnished with an oak wood table that has seating for 6. The walls of the dining room are adorned with various art pieces. The kitchen has white cabinets, slate colored granite counter tops and black on black appliance. You have everything needed to cook and entertain. You should only need food and drinks. The kitchen has a built in bar that works great as a serving station.

The master bedroom has a plush pillow top queen size bed with red floral bedding and several red throw pillows. The room has a lighted bed side table and a console table with a TV. The room has a view window with a small double door closet on each side and another small closet beneath the window that can be used to store shoes, luggage or anything else. The attached master bathroom has a single sink vanity, tub, shower and commode.

The 2nd bedroom has tan painted walls with a queen size bed that has an oak wood arched wood head board and yellow silk bedding. The room has two lighted bed side tables and a dresser with a TV. You can also hang your clothing in the large double door closet with full length mirrors. The room also has a window that looks out to the entrance of the condo. The hall bathroom has a glass door shower with a sink and toilet.

The terrace has a rectangular shaped dining table with seating for four. You could wake up and have your morning coffee in the terrace while you breathe in that salty ocean air. In the evenings you could have dinner and cocktails while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with these wonderful accommodations. This is paradise at its finest.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
