During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management’s recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include:

• Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party
• Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses.
• Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced.
• Canopies rentals will be placed 10 feet apart / 5 persons per canopy allowed.
• BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing
• Elevators: 5 persons per elevator/avoid mixing households
• Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

This condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo perfectly located only really seconds away from the beach. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and each bathroom is complete and with plenty of towels and a starter kit of toiletries. Private washer and dryer in the condo so your things will always be fresh!

You will love that it has a spacious social area for you to enjoy with friends and/or family. Living area is inviting to gather or to simply relax watching a good game or your favorite TV shows. Dining table is perfect for those long conversations that come after a good meal all together, everyone can enjoy comfortably in this space! Enjoy the kitchen breakfast bar with your littles every morning with some coffee, milk and pancakes!

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area at the property with grills available for rental.

When you are ready to go out and about you will love what Bahia Mar has to offer. It is fun for everyone! Being one of the largest properties on the island, this paradise always feels very private and relaxing. You will find amenities such as two large swimming pools each with hot tubs, a playground for the toddlers to enjoy, tennis courts, walking trails and beautiful gardens! Go for long walks on the endless shore line, enjoy the white sands! Walking on Padre Boulevard is also fun, you will discovery plenty of shopping and cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Don’t forget to visit the beach bars, Claytons is always a great idea! Live music and cold drinks are in order.

When you are back in the property try relaxing on the property’s beach deck. It’s an amazing spot! The deck is large with comfortable spaces to relax and with a perfect book or to simply stare at the endless ocean.

Done for the day? Enjoy a delicious family dinner! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones. Complete with appliances, dishes, pots and pans. You just have to worry about having a good time!

South Padre Island is full of fun for everyone. Horseback riding, beach four-wheeling, bird and turtle watching are some! Enjoy water activities like Schlitterbahn Waterpark, dolphin watch, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental. If you are into fishing then you will love it here! Bay fishing, deep sea fishing, pier, surf and fly fishing are great options!

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs weighing up to a maximum of 25 lb. each.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
