During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management’s recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include:

• Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party
• Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses.
• Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced.
• Canopies rentals will be placed 10 feet apart / 5 persons per canopy allowed.
• BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing
• Elevators: 5 persons per elevator/avoid mixing households
• Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

If South Padre is your destination, make this your view! This three-bedroom/three-bath condo is located right on the beach at the exclusive Bahia Mar. This spacious two-level condo is furnished with a minimalist cozy look that is just right for a condo by the beach. Special features include three balconies which provide a spectacular full view of the beach of South Padre Island. You can feel the fresh breeze and listen to the waves all day, Its the perfect getaway!

The master suite bedroom is upstairs and it has its own private balcony, it’s perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the island. The two other bedrooms are downstairs, each with its own bath. Two Queen beds in each of the rooms downstairs. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals with the family or with friends. Enjoy the grill outside and have a BBQ while watching a big game or simply enjoying in good company. The large living room has two balconies that overlook the amazing oceanfront. It’s perfect to socialize or simply to relax.

Enjoy a walk down the beautiful walking trails located on the property. If you like tennis, enjoy a match on one of the two tennis courts. (Make sure to pack your rackets!) Tots and kids will surely enjoy the playground and the whole family will love the beach deck!! The beach deck on the property is an amazing spot to relax, stare at the ocean, to read a good book or listen to great music. You should try it! The property has green gardens and two amazing pools each with a hot tub. This is one of the biggest properties on the island and with the lowest density.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area at the property with grills available for rental.

There are many things to do on the island as well. If you like birds and or turtles, there is Off-site bird- and turtle-watching or if you are more of an adventurer, beach four-wheeling is also a great option. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature trail. If you like animals and nature, it is only a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country- The Gladys Porter Zoo.

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental. For the fisherman and fisher ladies in the family there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, and fly fishing.

If you enjoy golf, there is a golf option at the the South Padre Island Golf Club in Languna Vista.

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs weighing up to a maximum of 25 lb. each.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
