During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management’s recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include:

• Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party
• Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses.
• Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced.
• Canopies rentals will be placed 10 feet apart / 5 persons per canopy allowed.
• BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing
• Elevators: 5 persons per elevator/avoid mixing households
• Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

One very nice detail is that you can enjoy the view through wall to wall windows or outside on your two balcony spaced area. Natural sunlight invades the condo with the most amazing cozy feel. This three-bedroom/three- bath condo is located right on the beach so you are literally only seconds away from sandy feet. The social area is nice and big to enjoy a good time with friends and family or a good game. You wont want to leave your vacation home!

This spacious two-level condo includes ideal features for a getaway. Enjoy three balconies which provide a spectacular view up and down the beach of South Padre Island, Flat screen tv in the living room to enjoy your favorite programs and games, each bedroom with its own TV. and a master suite bedroom located upstairs ( with its own private balcony). Nothing like waking up to the ocean breeze! To add more comfort, the two bedrooms located downstairs each have their own baths. The kitchen is fully equipped. The extra large living room has two oversized balconies that overlook the breathtaking oceanfront. BBQ the catch of the day on the grill while looking at the ocean, delicious!

Enjoy the walk down the beautiful walking trails located on the property. Kids will love the playground, the pools, the gardens and the whole family will love the beach deck!! Bahia Mar offers plenty of options for the entire family to enjoy. If you like tennis you can pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two tennis courts. The property had two amazing pools each with a hot tub. This is one of the biggest properties on the island and security is right on point! You will simply love the privacy it offers, its perfect!

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area at the property with grills available for rental.

Don’t forget to visit Clayton´s Beach Bar, the view is great and its super fun! There are several night club options on the boulevard if you feel like some dancing or singing as well. If you like to discover good places to eat you will find several options on the island as well.

Some great island activities include: Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, Beach four-wheeling, Horseback riding, Laguna Madre Nature trail. Walking on the island is also a lot of fun!
Visit the historical Port Isabel and its museum.

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental.

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 7 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs weighing up to a maximum of 25 lb. each.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
