During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management’s recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include:

• Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party
• Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses.
• Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced.
• Canopies rentals will be placed 10 feet apart / 5 persons per canopy allowed.
• BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing
• Elevators: 5 persons per elevator/avoid mixing households
• Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

Bahia Mar is a one of a kind property not only for its many amenities, it is also one of the largest on the island. Its fun for all the family, the little ones too since there is plenty to do there for them. They will love running around the walking trails, playing on the playground or swimming in the pools, add in that their vacation home is seconds away from building sand castles on the beach! Enjoy the beach deck, its a perfect spot to watch a sunrise, read a good book or to sit and enjoy the view at any time of the day.

The condo is bright and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Everything you need to plan delicious meals and gather friend and family at the table. The living room and master bedroom have balconies with breathtaking views you can spend hours and hours just gazing out. Living room is equipped with a large screen TV. to binge watch your favorite programs. The master bedroom has a King mattress for extreme comfort. There is also a daybed in the master that sleeps 2 persons. Wake up and open the blinds to view the ocean in bed it is so relaxing! The second bedroom is spacious with two queen beds to have a perfect night sleep.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area at the property with grills available for rental.

The island has many things to offer, miles and miles of beach to walk on, Off-site bird and turtle-watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature trail are some of them. Visit the historical Port Isabel. There are museums and make sure you visit the 100 year old Port Isabel lighthouse. If you are looking for a night out , there are several options on the boulevard, Clayton´s Beach Bar for a nice cold beer with friends is a great option!

For golfers there is an option for golfing at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Languna Vista, or play at the Rancho Viejo golf club, just 30 minutes away from South Padre.
If you enjoy fishing, you can enjoy bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier and fly fishing!

HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under)
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. The pet fee will allow you to bring up to 2 family dogs weighing up to a maximum of 25 lb. each.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.’s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our condominiums are for vacationing families only. Minimum age to rent is 21 (except for spring break, minimum must be 23) and must be present during the entire stay.
