This unit is located within the Estrella Tower of the Bella Sirena Resort. Bella Sirena is located on Sandy Beach and is one of the most beautiful and popular of all the resorts in Rocky Point. This 6th floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

As you will see upon entering no expense has been spared in the luxury and décor of this unit. The living room has been done up with a real Old World Mexican feel. The couches are dark tan leather with metal grommet trim. Across from the smaller sofa is a high back leather chair fit for a king. There is a lovely matching coffee table and end table that really showcase the setting. In the corner there is a wall mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player below on the entertainment stand. The room has a circular recessed soffit lined with mosaic tiles and a ceiling fan.

One of the walls has a theme of art deco crosses and the other wall has a wood colored rustic hutch. Two sliding glass doors lead out to the patio. The dining room has a large rectangular dining table with high back chairs set to seat 6 people. Behind the dining table is a beautiful art deco and very ornately trimmed mirror that really opens up the room and gives it a very spacious feel. Above the table hangs a lovely custom chandelier and behind the table you will find a matching buffet stand perfect to use as a serving station.

The kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops with a matching granite back splash. The kitchen has black on black appliances which include a built in microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator. You will also find small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The kitchen drawers and cupboards provide everything you would need to cook and entertain. There is also a full size pantry with plenty of storage. The kitchen also has a built in breakfast bar lined with three high back dark wood bar stools. The breakfast bar is a great place for morning coffee or a quick snack.

The master bedroom has a large King Size bed with a very regal wood bed frame. There are matching bed side tables and a 6 drawer dresser. On top of the dresser you will find a TV and a DVD player. There are two sliding glass doors that will take you out to the lovely patio. The master bathroom has his and her double sink vanities with plenty of lighting. The shower is made of travertine and has a glass block enclosure.

If you like to relax you will take much pleasure in the separate elongated bathing tub with travertine wall surrounds.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size wood framed bed with a matching dark wood suite of furniture. A flat screen TV and DVD player have been provided on top of the dresser. There is a French door off the bedroom that will lead out to the patio.

The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space. The bathroom has a travertine shower with a clear glass door.

The patio has been furnished with a dining table and a sitting area. You could enjoy a sunset meal or have cocktails until the early morning hours. The views from this 6th floor unit are breathtaking. The unit also comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
