DIRECT TV IN UNIT
This is the most luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Bella. Ground floor, end unit, just steps from the beach, pools, pool restaurant and bar. Beautifully decorated with all new high-end furnishings. Flat-panel TVs wall mounted, in both bedrooms (32 inches) and living room (50 inches). Cable TV in all rooms. Oversized, multi-level patio with 4 seating areas with both sun and shade all day. The patio is full of top of the line furniture, lots of landscaping and a grassy area for the kids. Huge 4 poster king bed in master and king sleigh bed in 2nd bedroom. You will be happy you choose this unit. BBQ Charcoal grill on Pool Area.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
