Expansive lawns a tropical plants adorn Bella Sirena, adding an air of tropical exclusivity. There are 5 different pools here. At the center of Bella Sirena is Swim Lounge, a terrific restaurant and pool bar.

The Living room has a lovely dark brown leather sofa and love seat both with yellow trim and metal grommets. There is an end table, coffee table and a huge entertainment unit. The entertainment unit has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. There are two sliding glass door off the living room that take you out to the patio. Also there is a rollaway bed for a child under the age of 12 years old. The dining room has a round stone finish dining room table set to seat four people. The chairs are wrought iron and have soft beige fabric cushions. The walls are adorned with lovely art prints that give the unit a very tropical feel. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The appliances are black on black and include a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Smaller appliances like a blender and coffee maker have also been provided.

The bedroom has a lovely wicker framed king size bed with a light yellow comforter set. The room has a matching bed side table, dresser and a TV and DVD player. A large mirror hangs above the dresser so as to open up the room and give it a more spacious feel. There are two sliding glass doors of the master bedroom that will take you right out to the patio. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, a beautiful glass block shower and a separate elongated bath tub. The patio has been furnished with two lounge chairs which make a perfect spot for sunbathing or having a cocktail while watching the sunset. The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. From the balcony you will enjoy a view of the ocean and the entire Bella Sirena property. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 703 of Bella Sirena.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
