Quality furnishing and the perfect location characterize BB 303 this 1 bedroom 1 bath private condominium at the Bella Sirena Resort. The main area is home to the kitchen, dining, and living room. From here a door leads into he bedroom suite, and sliding double doors access the patio.

Furnishings are done in wood tones, with leather seating and a TV/DVD combination in the main living room. The sofa provides a pull out sleeper. A large mirror and other artistic touches define this space. The dining tables ample, and the kitchen has charming stenciling, granite counters, stainless sink, and black appliances. Roomy, the kitchen also boasts bar seating as well. You will find a coffee maker, blender, water cooler and dish washer.

BB 303 has a king sized bed, dresser with end tables, TV/DVD player in the bedroom, and a bathroom with both a tub, and a glass tile surrounded shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the condominium.

The patio looks out across the grassy and palm tree lined walkways of Bella Sirena. Double chaise lounges are found here.

On the resort grounds there is a gym available, and the popular Swim Lounge sits along side one of the elegant pools. It is a terrific place to enjoy time with friends, watch a game, or try tempting and original food and drink.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
