DIRECT TV IN UNIT
This is a very exclusive and high end two bedroom and two bathroom unit within the Ballena tower of the Bella Sirena resort on Sandy beach. The Living Room is decorated in neutral earth tones. The room comes furnished with two plush leather sofas, a wood coffee table, double door wood entertainment unit and matching wood hall stand. The entertainment unit contains a TV with Direct Tv service on living room only and is easily hidden with the closing doors of the entertainment unit. A gorgeous oriental rug lines the floor beneath the coffee table which gives the room just the perfect hint of color. The Dining Room has a beautiful dining room table seats four, perfect to enjoy any homemade feast.

The Kitchen features dark wood cabinetry and neutral colored granite counter tops. The Kitchen comes equipped with very modern and black appliances which include dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator. A coffee maker and blender have also been provided to make your stay more pleasurable. You will also find the cupboards and drawers filled with everything needed to create an Iron Chef meal. A breakfast bar is built into the kitchen and provides seating for four upon black leather and wood bar stools. The bar stools provide that extra seating you need when entertaining guests.

The master Bedroom has a lovely Queen Size bed with a deep patchwork colored quilt and matching roll up window shades. A beautiful complimenting wall tapestry hangs behind the bed and two bedside tables furnished with contemporary lamps line the sides of the bed. A TV is provided across from the bed on the dresser with a cable tv service. Many plants and decorative elements adorn the room and the furnishings. A French door off the Master bedroom takes you out to the fully furnished patio where you will enjoy an unbelievable view of the ocean and magical sounds from the waves.

The master bathroom with a Glass brick Shower, bath tub and a double vanity sink for him or her and a couple mirrors for each person.

The second bedroom has a patchwork quilt with lighter tones with matching pillow shams. A sliding glass door leading to the terrace is covered with dark brown drapes as to hide the daylight after a late night party.

The guest bathroom comes equipped with a single sink vanity and a glass door shower.
Step out onto the balcony and breathe in the crisp ocean air while enjoying a splendid sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez. An iron round table with four chairs to enjoy the sunsets with a drink or meal, also a couple lounge chairs are in balcony to get a sun bath. This in the only resort that’s offer a direct access to balcony from each bedroom and living room.

A full size washer and dryer have been provided in the laundry room of this unit for your convenience.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).

Facilities
