~~The first thing you might notice as you walk into this ground floor condo in building “A” is that it looks like you walked into a luxury suite at a world class 5 star resort; yet at the same time you will feel most welcomed and right at home in this sophisticated and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home. This condo has sophisticated furnishings and a cheerful “beachy” color palate that is used through-out.

Every opportunity was taken to ensure each guest feels pampered and well cared for by providing a “home away from home” experience! This is a premium ground floor condo which offers unsurpassed comfort in a more quiet and private setting This is a non-smoking condo.

This home has secure WIFI and a code will be provided to you upon check-in. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV. DISH network is provided and USA programming available (on Arizona channels) and the ability to record your favorite TV shows. The living room also has a Blue-ray DVD player.

There is a lot of natural light that comes in from the patio slider and UVA filtered custom drapes shade the room yet lets light in. There are many lamps for reading and new, no heat LED recessed ceiling lights. A custom made front screen door was installed to allow cross flow of air and light to come in to cool the condo and a new, more powerful air-conditioning unit was recently installed for those hot summer months.

The living room has a beautiful blend of new furniture from the USA as well as custom furniture from Mexico to provide comfort, relaxation and ample seating, such as 2 leather sofa’s. There is a ceiling fan and LED rope lights around the ceiling dome for the perfect glow in the evenings. The colorful dining room has seating for 6, a buffet table, and a chandelier with dimmer. A large bird cage with 2 ceramic parrots (meet Pirata and Lucas) and colorful wall plates from around the world complete the room. It makes for a very colorful and cozy atmosphere.

This very large and well stocked kitchen offers everything a chef could want. It has a ceramic top cook stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrig w/ice maker hooked up to the purified water system, granite counters, breakfast bar w/ bar stools, with many small appliance’s: toaster, coffee maker, blender. Extra cutting boards/sharp knives, dishes for 12, dozens of wine glasses and blown glass margaritas glasses, plus lots of pots and pans make it an excellent kitchen for entertaining. A new water purification system was installed with a separate faucet for drinking water and a free standing water cooler holds 5 gallons of purified water.

The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer, lots of storage in the cabinets above, plus extra’s: iron/iron board, mop, pail, broom, vacuum, beach chairs, large Rubber-Made ice chest for cold drinks or trips to the grocery store.
The Master bedroom is a soft gray paint color; it has a very comfy king size mattress under a white canopy and elegant furniture/ décor. It offers a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a honeymoon. Soft bedding and linens, with pillows of all sizes complete the perfect night’s sleep. There is a large walk-in closet with extra pillows and blankets and an attached, spacious and lavish 5 piece bathroom: an awesome shower, double vanity and private toilet.
The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the condo, fits 2 double beds in the room with custom head-boards and overhead reading lights, a flat screen TV, 2 closets, ceiling fan, a patio slider onto the deck, and a family bathroom directly across the hall.

The outside patio is in a perfect setting with lush landscaping all around for privacy. It boasts amazing sunsets from the patio and the water can still be seen even from the first floor. This is one of the largest outdoor patios for a 2 bedroom condo at Bella Sirena. There is a covered patio area with an outdoor ceiling fan, a large patio sofa, coffee table, 2 comfy chaise lounge chairs to enjoy a morning coffee, a patio table that seats 4 under the shade of an umbrella. This patio is fully enclosed, very private and a quiet setting, perfect for entertaining or relaxation. This condo in building “A” and is a short walk down a lovely, lush walkway to the Sea of Cortez beach, or the 4 pools and 2 Jacuzzi’s nearby, as well as a putting green and tennis courts. There is a large charcoal built in BBQ nearby for family fun and entertaining. There is ample parking for all guests just outside. This unit also comes with underground parking in the garage stalls assigned to this unit. Please only park in the garage stalls marked A102.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
