The Princess de Penasco is a very popular vacation destination on Sandy Beach. One of the things that makes it popular is the magnificent ocean view that is available from each of the condos. Some of the activities that you may enjoy while you are there include sunbathing, resting under one of the palapas on the beach, playing sand volleyball, swimming in the crystal blue ocean or one of the 3 swimming pools (all 3 include a wading pool for small children). Other amenities include a heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQ area, general store and the “Agave Cantina” where you can enjoy beverages and food.

Unit B405 (Bldg. B 4th floor) offers a spectacular ocean view that is visible once you enter the unit. This one bedroom, one bath condo is an extremely high end premium unit. This condo will accommodate 4 guests, 2 in the bedroom king size bed.

The terrace, perfect for morning coffee and happy hour, has a round bistro table/chairs as well as 2 wicker chairs and is accessible through the living room sliding glass doors. A perfect place to enjoy the glorious sunrises and romantic sunsets.

The kitchen has granite counter tops with black/stainless steel appliances and a “purified drinking water” cooler. It is equipped for cooking and entertaining, you only need to provide food and beverages.
The unit also has a washer and dryer.

The living room has a sofa with matching chair and an entertainment center with satellite television and a DVD player and high speed wireless internet. The dining room has a round wooden table and 4 chairs as well as 2 bar stools for the built in breakfast bar.

Conditions
CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
