B 108 is a beautiful, ground level unit, easy walking distance from all 3 of the Princessa’s luxurious pools, and the glistening sands of the Sea of Cortez. This modestly decorated unit is basic, yet beautiful. Equipped with everything you will need for a preparing a quick meal, two queen beds, a sofa sleeper and extra bedding, and a 27″ TV and DVD player in each room. If you are looking for a quick getaway to the beautiful beaches of Mexico, this is the place! The Princessa de Penasco is a magical resort on Sandy Beach. The resort has an enchanted little courtyard with lots of greenery and flower. Each of the towers has its own red brick path that leads to it. The Princessa has your choice of 3 crystal clear swimming pools, a plethora of lounge chair options and many common area BBQ’s. You never have to worry about missing your daily workout routine because the Princessa has a fully equipped fitness center in the middle of the courtyard. Many people really love playing volleyball on the sand volleyball court between the pools and fitness center.

Getting hungry? Why don’t you head over to Collin’s Cantina for some fajitas or nachos while you sip on a beer and watch the football game on their TV’s. You can check in to your condo on-site at the Casago reservations office towards the back of the resort. You are always very safe and secure at the Princessa because the resort has 24 hour on-site security.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the C Tower. This condo has an ocean view and can accommodate 6 guests; 2 in each of the bedrooms and 2 can crash on the sofa bed in the family room. In the family room there are two dark brown sofas, a light wood coffee table, end table and a matching double door media cabinet with a TV, DVD, VCR, CD player and tons of books and movies. The condo has high speed wireless internet so you can always surf the web or upload pics to face book. The condo also has cable so you can stay on top of current events. You can get to the patio through the living room doors. The dining room has a dark cherry wood round shaped table with matching chairs that have green seat cushions. The dining room has a wall sized piece of art that hangs above a decorated dark wood console table.

The kitchen has white on white appliances with white ceramic tiled counter tops and bright white cabinets. All items needed to cook or host a party are provided in the kitchen with the exception of the food and booze. The kitchen has a built in counter bar with stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with pastel floral patterned bedding. The room has a lighted bed side table and a console table with a wall mounted mirror. The room has a window with a view of the property and there is a small double door closet on each side. If you run out of room in the closet you can also use the double door cabinet below the window.

The master bathroom has an arched entry with a mirrored a single sink vanity, tub, shower, and toilet.

The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with colorful bedding set and two tables with reading lamps. The room has a large double door closet and a window that views the courtyard and entrance.

The patio has a table and chairs so you can eat dinner and breathe in the salty ocean air. The patio is fun to socialize with neighbors or kick back with a cold one and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. In the mornings you can meditate in the grass while listening to the tide roll in and out. You will fall in love with this splendid and oh so comfortable condo.
