The Princessa de Penasco is a wonderful and extremely comfortable resort on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. Princessa is located in close proximity to shopping, dining, and bars hopping. You will be very happy at the Princessa because there are many pools one of which butts right up to the beach and a Jacuzzi nearby. The property also has a fitness center in the middle of the complex where you can get a good work out and still have a view of the ocean. If you don’t feel like cooking or leaving the resort you can enjoy dinner and drinks at the on-site restaurant called Agave. If you need a quick snack or refreshment you can purchase that at the on-site convenience store in the check-in office. You will be very pleased with the resort and all of its many amenities.

This 3 bedroom condo is located oceanside on the 5th floor of the A Tower. This condo can sleep 8 people; 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the pull out sofa bed in the family room.

This condo has been decorated with premium furnishings. The living room has walls painted a soft cream color with a sectional white leather sofa and matching love seat. The room also includes a wall-mounted mirror, end table, coffee table, and media unit. The media unit holds a large flat-screen TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo system. The condo comes wired with cable television and high-speed wireless internet so that you never feel out of touch with loved ones and current events. A large potted pink petal plant really brightens up the room.

You can get to the terrace by walking through the door off the living room. The dining room is furnished with a very modern white table that has 6 matching cloth covered chairs. There is a very colorful Mexican painting on the wall above the dining table.

The kitchen has light wood colored cabinets with gray granite countertops and black on black appliances. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal or entertain your guests. There are three white wood framed stools with red cushions below the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king-size wood-framed canopy bed with a red and green floral bedding set. The room has sliding glass doors on both sides that give a wonderful view of the ocean and property. The other side of the room has a sofa and a love seat where you can watch TV or lounge with a good book or magazine. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity with a mirror, tub, shower, and commode.

The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed with a white and blue floral hibiscus print bedding set. The room has a window with a view of the Sea of Cortez and a dresser with a TV so you can watch movies in bed. Above the bed, there is a picture of a beach scene that seems only fitting.

The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed with a pink and blue plaid print bedspread. The room has a dresser with TV, bedside table and a window that also has a view of the ocean landscape. The terrace of this condo is enormous and definitely made for entertaining.

The terrace has a dining table with chairs as well as a hi-top bar table with stools. You could relax with a cold cocktail and watch the sunset over the ocean or just relax and listen to the sounds of the tide roll in and out. Breakfast in the terrace is ideal where your first morning breathes will be of fresh salty ocean air.

The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will love your stay in this unit! You should make your reservation at once!
