This is a very nicely furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 4th floor condominium unit within the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate Resort is located close to the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. The Resort offers a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing deck and a common area BBQ pit. The BBQ pit makes a wonderful spot to grill up your fresh catch of the day. The Marina Pinacate has shopping, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The resort also has a business and fitness center in the main center lobby.

This unit has a living room that has been decorated with bright orange colored walls and burnt orange sofa that also folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. The room has been furnished with a coffee table chest, two floor lamps, and an entertainment unit. The entertainment unit has a TV and DVD player. A lovely piece of art hangs above the sofa and there are two sliding glass doors that open up to your own private covered ocean view patio.

The dining room has been furnished with a simple table set to seat 6 people. The chairs are matching high back with soft seat cushions. The kitchen has bright white cabinets with complimenting orange and blue counter tops, with ceramic tile all around the kitchen. The appliances are all white and include a built in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The cupboards, drawers and pantry have all been filled with everything needed to cook and entertain.

The kitchen also has a built in breakfast bar that has been lined with four high back bar chairs with soft orange seat cushions. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew and can also be used as additional guest seating. The Master bedroom has a huge king size bed with a rainbow striped bedding set with bright yellow accent pillows. The room has a bedside table, two dressers and an entertainment stand. The entertainment stand has a TV and DVD player for your late night viewing pleasure. The room also has a lighted dressing table with a huge mirror perfect for applying make-up or jewelry. The master bathroom has a large travertine tub and shower combo with a hand held shower massager. The flooring is large tiled travertine squares and there is a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space.

The patio has been furnished with seating for a meal or for kicking back with a frozen cocktail and watching the sunset over the magnificent Sea of Cortez. The view from this 4th floor balcony is like no other in Rocky Point. You will have all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 411 of the Marina Pinacate Resort.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
