This beautiful 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condominium unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Marina Pinacate Resort. The resort has community swimming pool, a relaxing Jacuzzi, a sunbathing deck and a BBQ pit for all our guests. The BBQ area is perfect to have a family gathering and have a cook out, while some swim others cook. The resort is also very convenient because it is within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. There is also a computer room which works as a business center and also a fitness area, these are right next to the lobby.

The living room of this beautiful unit has a sofa with a pull out bed that can sleep two additional guests quite comfortably. There are e matching end tables, coffee table and an entertainment unit that has a TV and DVD player. There are also two sliding glass doors that open up to your private covered ocean view patio.

The dining room has been furnished with a table set to seat four people with matching stools. The kitchen has white colored cabinets with complimenting white ceramic tiled counter tops. The kitchen has black and white appliances which include a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are also small counter top appliances like a coffee maker, blender, toaster and all kitchen utensils needed to make a great meal for your guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to cook a family meal and entertain your guests. There is also a breakfast bar that has been lined with bar stools. The breakfast bar is a good place for additional guest seating.

The Main bedroom has been furnished with a queen size bed with a very colorful geometric patterned bedspread. The room has matching bed side tables, a dresser, and TV . There is also a window that you can leave open at night and lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the enchanting waves. The master bathroom has a tub and shower combo with a lovely colored shower curtain. There is a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting, counter space and storage. The patio has been furnished so that you never miss a lovely sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez.

This patio will bring hours upon hours of soothing and relaxing energy. The unit also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This condo has all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 312 of the Marina Pinacate resort.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
