This is a lovely 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condominium unit on the 2nd floor of the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate Resort is located on the very beautiful and relaxing Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This is an exceptional resort because it has beach access and is within walking distance of many stores, bars and restaurants. This condo, is located both close to the beach and close to town. The resort has a common area with a refreshing swimming pool, relaxing Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing deck and community BBQ pit. The BBQ area is perfect to have a wonderful evening with your family while you enjoy the Sunset.

There is also a Jacuzzi spa perfect for soothing your muscles after a long day at the beach. This unit has a living room furnished with two blue sofas. The larger sofa pulls out to a bed for two additional guests. The living room has matching end tables, coffee table and an entertainment unit. There is a TV and DVD player inside the entertainment unit. There is a sliding door that provide access to your own private 2st floor covered beach front balcony. The dining room has a glass table with blue/white chairs so that you can seat up to four people. There is a large wood framed picture above the table of a lovely mom with her child.

The kitchen has white cabinets with complimenting white ceramic tiled counter tops. The appliances are white and include a built in microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are also small counter top appliances like a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The kitchen pantry, cupboards and drawers have been filled with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. There is also a built in breakfast bar lined with bar stools. The breakfast bar area is great for a quick meal or to wait for your morning java to brew. The bedroom has a king size bed with a black iron headboard and an elegant floral bedspread. There are matching tables on each side of the bed as well as dressers to store your clothing.

A TV and DVD player have been included for your late night viewing pleasure. The room also has a vase with flowers in the corner which gives it a very tropical feel. If you have trouble sleeping open up the bedroom window and soothe your soul with the sounds of the waves. The bathroom vanity has one sink with a lot of counter space and lighting. The shower has two fresh towels nearby. The patio has been furnished so that you may enjoy a sunset meal, relax with your favorite book or enjoy happy hour with cold beers and frozen margaritas. The unit has ceiling fans throughout and all the things needed to feel right at home. This unit has it all and is furnished very nicely. There will be no disappointments with a relaxing stay in unit 216 of the Marina Pinacate Resort.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM

EARLY CHECK INS
There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins.

LATE CHECK INS
If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC.

EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES)
If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds.

LATE CHECK OUTS
Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days.

CLEANING
The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
